Breakfast featured a good selection, especially the fresh orange juice. Noise from nearby trains disrupted sleep occasionally.

Good location. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. I arrived early on first day after a 10 flight. They allowed me to sleep in a room while mine was being prepared. Good value for the cost!

This is the second time I went to Hanoi , this is a new hotel with the reasonable price. I feel satisfy to stay in this hotel , the staff are very friendly and they upgrade my room to luxury room when I arrived.

Choose a higher floor room to minimize train noise while enjoying the view of Hanoi's vibrant streets.

Came in Hanoi to relax and have fun, this low cost hotel was decent place for doing it. The room was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned and had a big bathroom. It offered good service and local food too. Cold drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

Excellent location in old quarters.

The staff were warm and cute.
Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had no windows, feel quite claustrophobic. There was a very strong smell of sewage and dampness that permeated the air, likely due to black mould on the walls. While I can forgive some shortcomings, the extensive mould was unacceptable, and I regret not opting for a larger room with a view.

Great staff, Good English, Good Place to stay as a base for going to Sapa and Halong Bay. Staff are happy to find a room in the early morning on return from tours and give you breakfast. Close to the old town for shopping

The staff was always helpful for information
The "cheapest" room without window is not so comfortable and for some dollars more you have a much nicer room

The hotel staff was attentive and
Helpful. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, but I wish the breakfast selection had been a little more varied. Walking distance to the iconic Train Street was a definite plus!

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay at The Landmark Hotel, Hanoi. My room was spacious and comfortable for my needs, it had everything, 32in flat screen TV and PC, and also a wireless connection which worked perfectly. If you were also watching the pounds on a long holiday, such as me, there was even a weighing scales, thankfully it tipped in the right direction for me!! . Ammlthough the room was great, The staff at this hotel are what really made my stay so enjoyable, Thanh & the girls on reception were so welcoming, and were always there to greet me with a smile and help with everything. The brekfast was great, good selection, and again the staff here, from the lady & guy who made brekfast to order each morning, and waiting staff were all great. I have no hesitation givng this hotel 10 out of 10 recommendatiob.

An excellent hotel we stayed there for a total few nights in October. It was our first trip to Vietnam so we didn't know what to expect , the Landmark exceeded our expectations. It is located on the edge of the Old Quarter, which suited us. The rooms, service are beyond reproach and the staff always available ready to help, nothing seems to be too much trouble. We had a room on the 8th floor , then had a couple of days away and on our return we had a room on the same floor - they were very quiet - nice view. Before arrving, after reading some reviews, we are worried about the noise from next door construction, but when we arrived, luckily the construction works fully completed. There is very good Vietnamese restaurant nearby, which was recommended by the staff - Quan An Ngon - good food and price. We made some tour bookings through the Hotel, all was good. We would come back again, we love this hotel where the staff are also very helpful
